Neotropical (Brazil, Guyana, French Guiana; northeastern South America).

Plesiodelphax guayanus Asche, 1985 – Brazil, French Guiana
Burnilia longicaput Muir, 1926 (Guyana) belongs in this genus; I had thought that this transfer had already taken place but that does not appear to be the case.
Plant associations
None reported. Possibly on Heliconia as reported for Burnilia.
Economic Importance
Limited – species poorly known.
Recognition
One of very few New World genera that I have no photos and no available specimens.

This genus described and segregated from Burnilia by Asche (1985b). A rare taxon, essentially unknown to me.
Molecular resources
