What do you like about the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources?

Other than the outstanding professors and the great variety of animal science classes, I really love the close community feel in CANR. It is so easy to make friends and to surround yourself with supportive and passionate people.

What is your most memorable AG or UD experience?

My most memorable CANR experience so far has been the ANFS 111 lab. The lab does a great job of highlighting all of the exciting research and hands on opportunities CANR provides. I learned a lot about animal science, food science, and agriculture while learning a lot about CANR itself. Additionally, I really enjoyed getting to meet all of the professors!

What are your career goals?

Currently, my career goals are to complete my pre-veterinary and animal biosciences degree and attend vet school. I hope to one day become a small animal veterinarian and to potentially go into research.

What is an interesting or unusual fact about you?

I can speak Polish! My parents came to America in their early twenties to continue their education and to start a family. I was raised speaking Polish in the household and visit my family in Poland during the summers.

What is your favorite book, movie or song?

Movie: Spirit: The Stallion of the Cimarron. I watched it at least once a month as a kid
