What do you like about the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources?

I love the small class sizes that allow for a more personal connection with your professors and fellow students. The reduced class sizes make for close-knit relationships across the CANR community!

What is your most memorable AG or UD experience?

The most memorable experience I have had in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources so far was the ANFS 111 Lab course as a whole. Each week I got to explore a new location on the farm and interact with different animal species. Each lab was taught by a different faculty member in the College, demonstrating different concepts and techniques from their particular areas of interest. I love that I was able to get so many different hands-on learning experiences working with animals and in a laboratory setting in just my first semester freshman year!

What are your career goals?

I hope to one day work as a veterinarian in my own practice! However, I am currently undecided as to which area of veterinary medicine I may want to specialize in in the future.

What is an interesting or unusual fact about you?

I have been vegan for over 2 years!

What is your favorite book, movie or song?

Book: The Longest Ride by Nicholas Sparks.
