High School Group Visits

Would your students like an early glimpse of college life in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR)?

We can coordinate a visit based on your students’ interest. Meet with an Admissions representative who can explain how students can best prepare for college.  Hear about student life on campus while listening to a current student panel. Take a tour of UD’s campus.  Experience a simulated classroom activity that relates to science in agriculture.  Tour our “350- acre classroom” here in the CANR; the most exciting classroom on campus including our UD Dairy, ecology woods, botanic garden, wetland, our greenhouses, our sheep barn and equine teaching facilities, and more! Visits are available weekdays only (Monday-Friday) during the academic year from mid-September through the end of April (excluding December and January due to our winter recess). We kindly ask that you call us at (302) 831-2508 or email us at least 1 month prior for a group visit request in order to coordinate with our faculty and Ag Ambassador schedules. We look forward to your visit!
