What do you like about the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources?

My favorite part about the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources is all the hands-on experience that undergraduates can earn starting from their freshman year. All the labs for the college are extremely in-depth and the professors really love what they are doing, which makes you want to actually listen and learn what they are teaching.

What is your most memorable AG or UD experience?

My most memorable CANR experience is the ANFS 111 labs. Coming from a suburban town on Long Island, I never had much experience with any farm animals. In my first semester at UD, I learned more about the animals on the farm than I had in my whole life. The amount of hands-on experience I received was astonishing and its something I always talk about when people ask me about college.

What are your career goals?

At the moment, I want to become a veterinarian. However, if this doesn’t work out, I will be happy with any career that allows me to work with animals in some way.

What is an interesting or unusual fact about you?

I like to set my alarm at weird times (e.g., 7:13 am or 6:57 am).
I’ve had the same favorite meal my whole life: rice, chicken nuggets, and broccoli.

What is your favorite book, movie or song?

Book: Water for Elephants
Movie: What’s Eating Gilbert Grape?
Song: The Judge by Twenty One Pilots
