UDairy Creamery Mission

Funded by private donations and supported by the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, the UDairy Creamery is a non-profit, student-run enterprise.  Under the guidance of industry professionals, students receive a hands-on, immersive education in the principles of food science, safety and production, dairy science, business management, entrepreneurship, and sustainable agriculture.

Notice: Online cheese sales and shipments has ended for the season. Cheese is shipped with ice packs and we cannot guarantee proper temperature control when the weather is over 70 degrees. Shipping of cheese reopens in October.

Cheese can still be purchased at our Flagship location or our Main Street Cafe location year round.
