Shipping Protocol

• ICE CREAM AND CHEESE MUST SHIP SEPARATELY
• Ice cream must be shipped with an insulated cooler packed with enough dry ice to ensure your purchase arrives at its destination in perfect condition. A small or large cooler will be added to your order. $20 for a small cooler and $25 for a large cooler.
• 1-2 days delivery is required for all products.
• If Fedex Home Delivery is an option for your location, it is the most affordable within the time frame needed. It is not available to those living in the West or Midwest regions.
• Ice cream ships out Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only to ensure the product arrives as estimated.
• Orders received before Midnight EST will be shipped out the next day
• Orders received after 12:01 am EST Thursday will ship out the following Monday
• It is best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to put ice cream in the freezer.  Use gloves when handling dry ice.
