Compact cultivar with low mounded habit similar to ‘Nikko’ but with prolific white flowers early – late spring. Great as a groundcover, shrub mass, or use in the mixed border. Plant hybridized by Dr. Tom Ranney of NC State University (Deutzia gracilis ‘Nikko’ x D. xrosea ‘Carminea’). Very tough plant and established shrubs show drought tolerance.
