Well-behaved, hardier, and with larger flowers than straight species.  Lepidoptera use plant as Larval (caterpillar) food source. Foliage develops yellow to purple hues in winter. Can be trained on trellis or small trees; when grown without support, can be used as a bushy ground cover.
