Join Gregg for an informative lecture covering the specific native perennials, annuals, biennials, ferns, sedges, grasses and shrubs that deer simply do not prefer to eat, their culture as well as plant combinations. Learn tactics for repelling deer and getting the best out of your garden!

 

Gregg TepperGREGG TEPPER started a horticultural maintenance business designing and managing private gardens in southeast PA and northern Delaware. He went on to work at Mt. Cuba Center, ultimately served as Director of Horticulture. From there he was Director of Horticulture and board member of Delaware Botanic Gardens in Dagsboro, DE. He was instrumental in implementing a two-acre meadow designed by world-renown garden designer Piet Oudolf. He is now the Horticulturist at the Arboretum at Laurel Hill and West Laurel Hill Cemeteries in Philadelphia. Gregg has lectured extensively in the United States as well as the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and Wisley in Great Britain. He is a life-long native plant enthusiast and co-author of the book “Deer-resistant Native Plants for the Northeast
