Our DE-Luxe Cheese Box includes an 8oz block each of Delaware Gold, Garlic & Chive Delaware Gold and Peppa-Gold Delaware Gold, Boksa cheese knife, cow shaped cutting board and 1oz jar of UD honey from UD’s apiary. Delaware Gold is a Colby-style cheese aged at least 6 months. Delaware Gold is mild, creamy, buttery with a slight sharpness giving a unique flavor. Delaware Gold is great for snacking and melting. Garlic & Chive Delaware Gold is our traditional Delaware Gold flavored with garlic powder and dried chives. Peppa-Gold is our traditional Delaware Gold flavored with jalapenos and red and green bell peppers for a mild to slight heat.
